If a customer wishes to be contacted, they must provide their contact information on either the Mailing List or Contact Us page. However, if a customer provides contact information on one of these pages but then engages with the site through another method, their responses to those other engagements will remain anonymous.

- How do I add a QR code to my POS Receipt on Square, Clover etc?

Download the QR code from your JotJar Promotion page. Here you will follow the instructions offered by your POS system to upload to a receipt.

Billing is handled on a monthly or yearly basis. You will be charged according to the selected subscription plan. Payments can be made securely through our platform.
- Will my JotJar account Auto-renew?

Yes. JotJar will renew based upon your subscription type. Either monthly or yearly.
